I HAVE A BROKEN JELILY, WHAT DO I DO?

Sorry, when working with a fragile product, this can sometimes happen.
Don't worry, send us a photo of the damage and we will send you a new Jelily directly to your home.

DOES THE PLANT SUFFER IF IT IS CLOSED IN A BOX?

The plant can remain closed in the box for a few days without having major problems.
But if it has to stay longer than 5 days it is better to take it out and leave it in a bright and humid place.
