Il prodotto è arrivato imballato con cura, ogni piantina era separata dal vaso e ben protetta con relative istruzioni. I vasi sono molto belli e l'effetto una volta appesi è spettacolare.
Unico neo è la lunghezza del filo che a mio parere è corto. Darei la possibilità di scegliere la lunghezza o l'opzione di un filo prolunga accessorio.

Solitamente consigliamo, per chi vuole avere lunghezze diverse delle Jelily, di acquistare del comune filo da pesca in nylon.
Se ci avesse contattato avremmo potuto omaggiarle un po' del nostro filo.
